Fair, respectful use of the music room and professional tools:

• Electric, bass, and acoustic (incl. a custom shop Fender stratocaster, Gibson Black Beauty, Vintage Bass, Ovation Acoustic)
• Lamp head amplifiers, stack. (Marshall Head+ Cabinet 2X12), Marshall valvestate 2X12
• Piano
• Drums and percussion (Pearl Roadshow full set)
• PA System (8" JBL EON208 with central unit and reverb)
• Effects (Delay, Boss Looper RC-30, Reverb, Tuners, Distortion and Booster pedals)

Usage is limited to 10 hours a month. Unlimited access for an additional 30 BGN.

Meant for musicians and enthusiasts. To practice and perform.

The plan is not suitable for teachers (write us if you want to use the room for lessons).

Users are responsible for damages made to the instruments and any of the tools.

The room is isolated and allows us to play 24/7, but we ask you to please stop or lower the volume if someone asks you to do so.

This access is included in the XXL coworking plan and is available to all coliving residents.
